Sherrill Pest Complete Bundle (Most Popular!)
The Sherrill Pest Complete Bundle Program is a discounted program that includes our popular Perimeter Pest Control Program and Sentricon Termite Program... AND MORE. Below is a breakdown of services:
Pest Prevention Services
- Year around pest prevention service focusing on exterior treatment, only requiring interior treatment as determined by your technician when an active problem exists.
- Covers the following common household pests: Ants, Crickets, Spiders (excludes Brown Recluse), Roaches, Fleas (inside), Wasps, Earwigs, Mice, Silverfish, Clover Mites, Pillbugs, Sowbugs, Millipedes, Centipedes, Springtails, Pantry Pests, Beetles (excludes wood infesting & lady beetles).
- Removal of spider webs around the exterior in all accessible areas.
- Guaranteed. Should the customer see pest activity in between the regularly scheduled visits, please contact our office for immediate service.
Sentricon Termite Protection
Eco-friendly termite prevention service that treats and prevents the home and/or structure from termites 24/7/365.
This service includes:
- Initial installation of Sentricon Termite Bait Stations around the perimeter of home and/or structures.
- Annual monitoring of the bait stations and replacing the bait as needed.
- Annual termite inspection of the home and/or structure(s).
- Should any issues be noted upon inspection, they will be documented and reported to the customer.
- Guaranteed. Should the customer see any termite activity, please contact our office for immediate service. This service may also come with a $1,000,000 repair warranty (if qualified).
- Replacement of any damaged station(s) in between services.
Bonus Pests Covered:
- Fire ant services as needed (up to 1/2 acre)
- Rats
- Scorpions
- Boxelders
An early termination fee will be charged if the customer chooses to cancel prior to the initial 12 months included in this agreement.

Fall Invaders Program
- Three exterior treatments during the fall season to reduce populations of Lady Beetles, Cluster Flies & Brown Marmorated Stink Bugs that may attempt to infest/overwinter in the protected home/structures.
- Any re-treatments that may be needed will be counted as one of the three services.

Mosquito Program
- Includes a seasonal monthly treatment for mosquitoes performed during the months of April--October.
- Should the customer see a surge in mosquito population in between the regularly scheduled visits, please contact our office for immediate service.

Brown Recluse Program
- Our Brown Recluse Program is designed to reduce Brown Recluse Spider populations at the home and/or structure(s) protected. In most cases, we do allow the customer to initially select which one (1) of two levels of ongoing treatment they prefer.
- It is important to understand that due to the reclusive nature of these spiders, some level of Brown Recluse Spider infestation will always be present, whether the customer/occupant sees them or not.
- Covers the following common household pests: Ants, Crickets, Spiders, Roaches, Fleas (inside), Wasps, Earwigs, Mice, Silverfish, Clover Mites, Pillbugs, Sowbugs, Millipedes, Centipedes, Springtails, Pantry Pests, Beetles (excludes wood infesting & lady beetles).
